Schloegel Honored With 5 NARI REMY Awards
Gold All Star Award – Interior Remodel Over $100,000
Recently, Schloegel Design Remodel was honored to be awarded 5 REMY Awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). These awards are given annually to honor contractors for their craftsmanship, professionalism and commitment to excellence in remodeling. This is the fourth in a series of five blog posts highlighting each award.
This former attached greenhouse, later converted to a game room, was dated, uncomfortable and showing signs of deterioration. Our design/remodel included elevating the floor to create a seamless flow from the main house. A new HVAC system, insulation, new windows and doors provide much needed comfort. The addition of a stone faced fireplace and bar in ledge stone, a slate tile floor, and cedar wood used for wainscot and ceiling planking, answered the homeowners’ wishes for natural ambiance. Custom bar and fireplace cabinetry along with a new bathroom complete the room’s transformation into an inviting atmosphere for family and friends.
