Home Inspection – We begin with a comprehensive inspection of your home and then provide a prioritized list of solutions for the issues discovered.  Cost estimates for the problematic areas are provided.

Contract Procurement & Contractor Management – We review contracts for planned maintenance and annual contractor services. Schloegel Property Solutions will procure proposals from multiple vendors ensuring the scope of work is uniform.  We are happy to work with your preferred contractors and we can provide a list of our preferred vendors. Once we’ve procured the contracts, we bring you a detailed and concise report of our findings and assist you in the contractor selection process.  Schloegel will setup vendor contracts and maintain these contracts through their duration.

Centralized Billing – No longer will you receive multiple bills from multiple contractors.  Schloegel will provide you with one easy to navigate bill.  You pay us, and in turn we provide payment to your contractors.

Home Watch – We make your home lived in when you’re away! We remove any fliers or papers left outside, turn lights on and off, check mechanical systems, and perform in-home visual inspections.

Handyman  Services – Services include pre-paid handyman hours to assist you in taking care of your property.  Treat this as a health savings account for your home. If you don’t use all of your hours for necessary repairs, then use them for fun, lifestyle enhancing projects.

Emergency – We address emergency needs that arise while you are away.
