A Career in Design

Kelsey has loved interior design since she was a child. The ability to intertwine textures and colors to create something amazing and unique is what drew her in. But watching the transformation of the before and after through the eyes of the homeowner is what keeps her going. Kelsey graduated from Johnson County Community College with an Interior Design AAS degree. She is also a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD).

Kelsey loves working with clients and learning more about them. She strives to make each project fun, no matter the size. Listening to and understanding a client’s pain points and needs help her create their design and ultimately lead to the success of the project. Kelsey finds a difficult challenge is the ultimate motivator and enjoys going through the creative process to find the perfect innovative solution.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Kelsey stays very busy with her family. She and her husband have been together since high school and have been blessed with a daughter and two sons. Kelsey’s creativity doesn’t stop in putting kitchens together, she also enjoys putting the kitchen to use and creating delicious meals to share with family and friends. The Kimble’s are the go-to home for dinner parties and holidays, where a four or five-course meal is the standard rather than the exception. Kelsey has been able to use her cooking talents to help raise money for non-profits and fundraisers.
