This is a photo of Jake Schloegel and his boyhood idol, NFL legend and hall-of-famer, former Kansas City Chief’s great, Bobby Bell. Jake met Bobby yesterday at the Kansas City Royals‘ 2010 season opener.
Bobby and Jake both played outside linebacker at the same time in the late 60’s and early 70’s, Bobby for the Chiefs and Jake for his high school. One became famous; the other didn’t.
