Our 2014 Recipient Families

Congratulations to our 2014 Big Splash Recipient Family, the Wilson Family. As in the past, this was a complete gut of their bathroom with accessible elements added in the remodel. The project included enlarging the shower, window replacement, moving the sink, widening the door, all new floors, walls, and more! Meet the Wilsons on Facebook and on ProblemSolvers.

Big Splash Ripple Effect Recipients

On two weekends in December our staff helped out at four homes throughout KC completing smaller projects that will make a big difference for these families:

  • Holt Family – convert tub to accessible shower
  • Oakes Family – widen two doors
  • Sullivan Family – finish a bath that they haven’t been able to finish, install shower
  • Stoerman Family – convert tub to shower, widen doors
