This whole house renovation is a total stunner! Donna knocked this one out of the park with perfect execution of traditional grandeur, modern accents, and gold galore. Classic in overall feel with lighting and fixtures that ground it in the now. Our team took on the master suite, two powder baths, a wine room, formal dining room, stairwell, living area, and addition turned study. We are obsessed with all the intricate finishings and the parquet flooring in the entryway is an absolute wonder.
Working closely with homeowners, Donna led a sweeping transformation of the main level, focusing on the kitchen. A vaulted ceiling, skylights, and expansive windows infuse the space with natural light. The contemporary kitchen features Spalted Maple Veneer cabinets for modern elegance, complemented by a rustic live-edge wood table, creating a harmonious aesthetic.
With their fifth child on the way, our clients sought a transformative update for their Kansas City home. Skilled wall removal opened up a spacious kitchen-living room connection. Three-tone cabinetry, dual islands, and a walk-in pantry combine beauty and function. A mudroom, powder bathroom, and custom built-ins further elevate this harmonious dwelling.
Preserving the 1920s charm of their Brookside home, our clients desired modernization. A substantial addition brought a space for gatherings, a mudroom, and a laundry room. We transformed the kitchen, featuring classic white cabinetry with bronze hardware, seamlessly integrated appliances, and Cambria Delgatie™ quartz countertops. A marble-like backsplash with accent tiles and a convenient pot filler complements large pendant lights above the island.
This complete home renovation encompassed a transformative gutting to the studs, culminating in a breathtaking whole-house renewal. Notably, four rear additions, spanning a new primary suite, expanded kitchen, family room, and mudroom, redefined the space. Custom brass fixtures and built-in cabinetry adorn each room, while the white-on-white palette infuses freshness and welcoming airiness throughout the home.
These clients enjoyed the layout of their bathroom, but knew they could inject it with more of their personal style. The bathroom before had everything they needed, but the finishings made for a flat and uninspiring experience. We designed a space for them with more depth, texture, and subtle hints of color. The biggest transformation was the shower. The shower floor before had a similar hexagonal tile job that we decided to reference, but with a more updated design and fresh tile.
The homeowner's refined Southern style graces every corner of this NARI Regional CotY winner. The house blends modern, vintage, and mid-century elements, exemplified by the black and white kitchen. A patterned porcelain backsplash, custom hood, and mid-century pendants culminate in a harmonious black and white masterpiece.
Seeking a kitchen update, clients yearned for a modern transformation within their existing layout. Previously adorned with ornate cabinets, Lindsay guided them to a cohesive design. The result is a luminous, dreamlike kitchen that seamlessly merges their preferences with the home's style.
With latent promise, the basement awaited transformation, and Megan harnessed its potential splendidly. The revamped space now boasts a living area, bar, game room, ice cream bar, and a captivating old bank vault. Rich stained wood cabinets, charcoal plaid carpet, warm tile, and bespoke lighting infuse an inviting, old English ambiance, making it an ideal hangout.
Built in 1910, this three-story Craftsman home features original molding and hardwood floors. The new kitchen, adorned with cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a two-tiered island, prioritizes functionality while embracing the Craftsman style. Upstairs, two bedrooms were merged into a contemporary primary suite, complete with laundry, a two-sided fireplace, and a walk-in closet accessed through a barn door. The primary bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, heated floor, and floating vanity, gains character from exposed beams, adding warmth.
