Kansas City Bathrooms

Our clients had two hallway bathrooms in their Kansas City home that were in major need of updating. They wanted to include more storage within they limited square footage and create a relaxing, spa-like experience. Both bathroom remodels received a similar treatment with a palette of white, natural maple, and shades of blue and a maximization of storage by implementing several cabinet strategies. The main floor bath features white hexagonal floor tile and a deep turquoise accent wall. A floating vanity has replaced the old pedestal sink and a full length linen cabinet featuring a frosted glass front, along with an additional cabinet installed over the toilet allow for much more storage. The second floor bath also received a new vanity and its own variegated teal tile shower and backsplash. Over the sink and toilet is a unique double wide medicine cabinet with mirrored front. For even more storage and to utilize all the available space, we included a deep niche with open shelving. Both spaces received all matte black hardware, lighting, and fixtures.
