West 98th Street - Leawood Remodel

Our clients had a list of  items they were ready to tackle in their Old Leawood home including their kitchen, mudroom, primary bathroom, family room, and the front door. Megan Bringman worked with them to come up with a plan that would tackle all the items on their list. We refreshed their kitchen by painting the perimeter cabinets and installing a new island. We also gave them a new beverage bar with a stunning tile backsplash. Taking out the large Jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom let us completely transform the room and it now has a spacious shower and plenty of storage space. On the fireplace we added a wood mantle and upper mantle to the stone giving it an updated look. Finally, a stunning new wood front door warmly welcomes people into the beautiful home.
