1. Make a List of Items You Need to Have Onsite When Construction Begins

Your designer and Lead Contractor will work with you and coordinate having all the materials onsite at the appropriate time throughout your remodel.

2. Establish Expectations With Your Contractor

When you go through the Schloegel design process and before construction kicks off, expectations will be clear. The project schedule is set and your weekly meetings with the team will keep you up-to-date on how your project is tracking. Our team will ensure dust control, debris removal, and daily clean up.

Also, you’re welcome to let your neighbors know there will be a little more commotion at your home during the remodel but we also send them a letter so they’re aware.
