Homestead Circle - Prairie Village Main Floor Refresh & Porch Addition

Following a severe storm that caused significant damage to the back and side of the home, our clients reached out to restore and reimagine their space. What began as a necessary repair evolved into an opportunity to make the modern updates they had been thinking about for a while. Designers Donna Kirsopp and Kenny Choikhit worked with our clients to bring their vision to life. In addition to repairing the structural damage, we designed and built a new porch addition that seamlessly extends the home’s living space. Inside, we refreshed the interiors with thoughtful updates, including the addition of a butler’s pantry and a kitchen upgrade featuring new countertops and backsplash. The result is a home that feels renewed, cohesive, and elevated, turning an unexpected challenge into a transformative improvement!
