We are putting the finishing touches on a lower level finish. Part of this basement was finished years ago by a previous homeowner and we were able to expand on that for an economical addition to this home. This expanded finished area includes a television room, half bathroom and storage closet. This new space will give the homeowners’ teenage daughter a place for entertaining friends, as well as providing expanded family living space.
