Belinder Avenue - Mission Hills Library & Powder Bath

It's not often we get a completely blank slate, but this Mission Hills home provided the perfect canvas for this unique project. Megan took this underutilized formal dining area and created something much cozier and more inviting. Hardwood floors reflect the stained plank ceiling and exposed beams. Custom green cabinetry with a distressed finish serves as the perfect housing for this client's collection of books, records, and memorabilia.  Vintage inspired brass fixtures and a solid wood rolling door with a herringbone pattern finish the look. The powder bath is packed with personality with an open frame vanity in a classic style juxtaposed against a bold new wallpaper.
