Heather makes running the office look easy maybe it's her 15+ years in Accounting, Business Management and Human Resources but we think she's just that good.

Heather enjoys getting to have her hand in all aspects of the company and when asked what she likes most about her job she said, "The moral and ethics of the company. Schloegel doesn't just state their ethics, they run every aspect of their business doing what's right."

At home, Heather puts her multitasking skills to good use too as she and her husband Jason have three children Makiah, Michael and Meah Jane. Life is busy but Heather loves watching their children in their activities and when she gets a chance you'll find her at their lake home reading a good book.
