Joey Merdian

A skilled carpenter with an Associate of Arts degree from MCC Longview, a CLC certification, and membership in NARI, Joey is a versatile and client-focused addition to our remodeling team . He excels at connecting with clients by finding common interests and truly understanding their needs. His hands-on expertise extends beyond traditional carpentry—he once built a custom recording studio in a client’s garage and even had to remove a three-foot snake from an electrical panel!

Born and raised in Kansas City, Joey is a reptile enthusiast with a 100lb German Shepherd named Ellie, a ball python named Hector, and a bearded dragon named Hermes. In his downtime, he enjoys playing the drums and listening to music. He’s also a strong arm wrestler and an adrenaline junkie who loves skydiving!
