Josh Phillips

Josh brings real-world experience and craftsmanship to his role as Project Manager. Masonry trained, he owned and operated his own home renovation company for five years, giving him firsthand insight into both the technical side of construction and the importance of strong client relationships. From brick, block, and stone work to tile, painting, and trim carpentry, Josh enjoys the hands-on details that bring a project together. He believes the key to a smooth project is open communication and listening well, so expectations are clear and timelines and budgets stay on track. For Josh, a job well done means clients feel informed, confident, and can't stop smiling at their finished project.

When he’s not on site, Josh is spending time with his family. Three kids and four pets keep life fun and busy. He enjoys fishing, hanging out on the family farm, and going to church. Growing up, Josh raced anything with four wheels and a motor, traveling the country and building the drive he still carries with him today.
