Kansas City Homes & Gardens recently hosted their 2010 Remodel of the Year awards. We are pleased to share with you that Schloegel Design Remodel won the 2010 Gold Remodel of the Year Award for Best Kitchen Remodel and also the 2010 Silver Remodel of the Year Award for Best Whole House Remodel!
Our project that won the Gold Remodel of the Year award for the best kitchen remodel category featured a 1980s era kitchen. The intent of the remodel was to redesign the kitchen to match the home’s charm and to efficiently maximize the available space.

For our project that received the Silver Remodel of the Year award in the best whole house remodel category, we aimed to redesign the exterior of the home and update the primarysuite and several bathrooms.
