When you think of the perfect place to relax or gather with friends, a cozy lanai with a wood-burning fireplace sounds just about right. For this project, we helped our clients turn the lanai of their newly built home into a space that feels inviting and cozy. While the original setup included ceiling heaters, a fan and a TV mount, it was missing the character and warmth they were looking for. 

What our clients were really hoping for was a wood-burning fireplace- not just for the extra heat on cool evenings, but for the cozy ambiance it brings. Donna Kirsopp and Kenny Choikhit worked closely with our clients to design a beautiful brick fireplace with a herringbone tile interior, copper inlay detailing, and built-in wood storage. With the help of our talented production team, this lanai now feels like a natural extension of the home. It's comfy, functional, and ready to enjoy year-round!
