Manor Road - Leawood Addition

Our clients needed more space for entertaining and hosting family galleries. They came to us with hopes of adding an addition that would include a screened porch. Nina worked with them to create a family room, screened porch with a stone fireplace, and a larger breakfast area. The screened porch has two sets of sliding doors into the interior creating the perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining scenario. The fireplace, ceiling heater, and ceiling fans make sure those who use it are comfortable year arround. Nina carried the existing homes design palette of gray and white into the addition.
