Merrick Aversman

Merrick brings both creativity and analytical precision to her role as Design Assistant. She holds a degree in Interior Design as well as a Master of Accountancy, giving her a unique perspective that blends thoughtful design with strategic problem-solving. She is passionate about learning how each client lives in their space so she can help craft realistic, functional solutions that feel just as beautiful as they are practical. To Merrick, a job done right means delivering a finished space her clients wouldn’t change a single thing about!

Outside of work, Merrick enjoys cooking at home and exploring new restaurants around the Kansas City area. She loves traveling to coastal Maine, spending time with her husband, their four kids, and their cat, Custard. On any given weekend, you might find her antiquing, vintage shopping, taking a neighborhood walk, or sipping a spicy Aztec mocha from HiHat Coffee.
