Molly Miller

Molly is an Apprentice working alongside our production crew on design-build remodeling projects, where she brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn. A high school junior, Molly is enrolled in the Herndon Career Center’s program and participates in the Construction Technology program and is doing an Internship/On-the-Job Exploration through HCC. She spends one to two days each week with our team while continuing her studies and earning industry certifications through HCC. We’re thrilled to support her as she gains hands-on experience and develops real-world skills in the remodeling industry with our team. She understands how critical clear communication is throughout the remodeling process and is eager to learn every step of the way. 

When she’s not on a jobsite or in the classroom, Molly enjoys spending time with friends, discovering new music and artists, cooking or baking, and tackling a new LEGO build.
