Northeast Woodland Shores Drive Kitchen
Project by Kelly Summers
From dark to dreamy, this kitchen remodel is a great example of how the right combination of cabinetry can optimize every inch of a space. The kitchen before had a nice layout, but the dark cabinetry and countertops had to go. Instead of empty space between the cabinets and ceiling, new glass front uppers provide an opportunity to showcase ceramics or special dishware when not in use. The refrigerator and dishwasher are now hidden from sight while this client's wine collection is now on display. Many more organizational features hide behind these cabinet doors! The fireplace located in the adjoining living area also received a makeover with a new stone facade, flanking built-ins, and a custom wood mantel.
