Peter Schloegel

Peter leads Sales and Business Development at the Lake of the Ozarks, playing a key role in expanding Schloegel’s presence in the area. Originally from Kansas City, he returned home after living in San Diego and running his own business, which included remodeling and handyman services. With a passion for thoughtful design and strong ties to the family business, Peter was a natural fit for the team.

He brings a unique background that includes building sensory gyms for ABA, OT, and PT practices—reflecting his commitment to inclusive, people-centered spaces. Known for his approachable nature, Peter enjoys connecting with clients, understanding their goals, and building lasting relationships.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife Kelly and son Waylon. If he gets any free time you might find him golfing, grilling, or enjoying some live music.

Fun fact: Peter is one of the middle children of Schloegel founders Jake and Debby Schloegel!
