Pine Street - Falcon Ridge Whole Home Remodel

This whole-home remodel in Lenexa was all about transformation—with personality leading the way. Our clients wanted a modern refresh that reflected their unique style and love for art, so adding character and dramatic details was a must. The team of Donna Kirsopp and Kenny Choikhit led the charge and we touched almost every surface, rethinking both the look and the layout to create spaces that feel more open, expressive, and functional. The laundry room was moved upstairs off the primary suite, allowing the former space to become a new butler’s pantry, while the kitchen floor plan was redesigned for better flow and connection. Outside, the home received a modern update as well, including new sleek windows and a custom eyebrow roof over the garage designed to complement the new French doors. The result is a home that feels fresh, uniquely curated, and unmistakably personalized.
