The GuildprimaryAward celebrates excellence among home builders, remodelers, developers, property managers, home services contractors, and real estate professionals each year. According to GuildQuality, the average customer recommendation rate for businesses is approximately 70 percent. A member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90 percent or greater to receive a GuildprimaryAward. Schloegel Design Remodel’s recommendation rate is currently 100 percent.
