South Smart Road - Greenwood Main Level Remodel

The main level in this Greenwood home has been totally reimagined and is now a multi-use hub that prioritizes fun and function. We replaced all the flooring, doors, and trim throughout and brightened up the space by installing four new skylights. The new half bath is charming with horizontal shiplap, open shelving, and a vanity in stained butcherblock. We also transformed one underutilized space into a 3-in-1 laundry, mud room, and home office. Lindsay did a great job packing tons of personality into this modern farmhouse.
