Project 1: Custom Safety & Accessibility in a Child’s Bedroom
Sometimes, the most important projects are those that bring peace of mind and improve quality of life.
- The Problem: A family needed to modify a child's bedroom to be extra safe and easily accessible for a child with a disability. The room needed security features that weren't standard construction.
- The Solution/Handyman Expertise: Our team executed custom modifications to make the room safe and secure. This included specialized anchoring and reinforcement of walls and fixtures, along with installing specific accessibility features. This personalized attention ensures the room is perfectly tailored to the child's needs, offering the family comfort and safety.

Project 2: Double the Impact: Modern Bathroom Refreshes
Updating key areas doesn't always require a full gut and lengthy remodel.
- The Problem: Two bathrooms were functional but not ideal. They were visually dated and needed a sleek, modern update to match the rest of the home’s style and to make the most of the space available.
- The Solution/Handyman Expertise: We performed targeted bathroom refreshes to maximize visual impact while staying within the handyman scope. This included replacing showers and the tub, new counters/sinks, new hardware and plumbing fixtures.
- Benefit: By keeping the original floors and vanity cabinetry this bathroom is refreshed without a full gut. These small, focused updates delivered a clean, modern aesthetic instantly, elevating the look and feel of the bathrooms without the cost or time of a complete bathroom remodel.

As you can see the bathrooms look like brand new spaces but didn't require a full gut and lengthy remodel. We kept the floor and cabinets but replaced just about everything else for a more modern look and feel. Check out these photos taken in the final stages of the construction process.

Project 3: Enhancing Curb Appeal: The Front Door Facelift and Exterior Touch-Ups
The front door and home exterior is the first impression of your property!!!
- The Problem: The front door was weathered and faded from sun and humidity, and general exterior paint was beginning to show wear.
- The Solution/Handyman Expertise: Our team carefully sanded and re-stained the front door to restore its natural beauty and protect it from the elements. We also performed exterior paint touch-ups and sealing in key areas.
- Maintenance Tip: Regular staining and painting touch-ups are essential maintenance at the lake, as the high humidity and sun exposure are tough on exterior finishes. Our team is equipped to maintain your home’s aesthetic and durability.

Project 4: Bouncing Back from Disaster: Water Leak Repair
Unexpected water damage is one of the most frustrating things a homeowner faces.
- The Problem: A bedroom suffered damage (drywall and paint) from an unexpected water leak.
- The Solution/Handyman Expertise: Our handyman team stepped in to manage the entire repair process. We efficiently replaced the damaged drywall, skillfully patched and textured the area, and finished the job with fresh painting, ensuring the room looks seamless and all signs of the leak are erased.
- Service Highlight: We handle the entire repair, clean up the debris, and leave the space ready for you to enjoy.
We cut out small sections of the ceiling and wall drywall to check out the damage. We removed the damaged drywall and insulation and found the source of the leak.
We patched over the source of the leak and got the roof looking as good as new! Back inside after spraying a mold preventative, we could add more insulation and start replacing the drywall.
After the drywall was mudded and sanded, it was time to paint.
After our handyman team worked their magic, the bedroom was looking just as it was before the water leak. Fresh drywall and paint make all the visual difference!
Project 5: Modernizing the Dark, Dated Lake Kitchen
A quick refresh can transform the heart of your lake home.
- The Problem: This kitchen was original to the 1970s when our clients bought the home. It was dark, dated, and lacked the bright, modern feel perfect for hosting busy lake weekends.
- The Solution/Handyman Expertise: Focusing on paint, hardware, and lighting, our team delivered a dramatic refresh. We refaced the cabinets and brought in a bright white and a pop of a lakey blue, installed new cabinet hardware, and updated all lighting to instantly lift the space. New windows and doors had the space feeling as modern as ever!
- Benefit: This focused refresh delivered a modern, bright, and inviting kitchen perfect for hosting family and friends without the major time commitment of a full-scale remodel, maximizing the clients' time enjoying the lake.
