West 66th Street - Kansas City Kitchen Remodel

Project by Megan Bringman

This stunning kitchen remodel is a testament to the power of design. Once a dated 1950s space with knotty pine cabinets and a large brick fireplace, this Kansas City kitchen has been completely transformed into a modern, open-concept haven.

Designer Megan Bringman worked closely with the homeowners to create a space that is both functional and stylish. By removing the bulky fireplace and converting the mudroom into a pantry, she was able to maximize the room's potential. The result is a bright and airy kitchen with plenty of natural light.

The kitchen’s focal point is undoubtedly the custom cabinetry. The high-gloss white and quartered walnut cabinets create a striking contrast and add a touch of luxury. The sleek stainless steel appliances and the large island with seating complete the modern look.
