Ward Parkway - Kansas City Exterior

This beautiful two-story home had lost its luster due to significant wood rot, exposed electrical conduit, old junction boxes and an old paint job. When our homeowners purchased the home a year ago, giving it’s exterior a fresh look was at the top of their list. We worked with them to create a plan that addressed all the old electrical elements, repaired or replaced all the wood rot, and selected paint that would do the home justice. We partnered with an exterior illumination company to light up the home properly and the end result speaks for itself!
