West 125th Street- Overland Park Deck

This home in Overland Park already had an elevated deck off of the living area with two lower landings that led to a stone patio below. Our clients wanted to expand the ground level patio in a style that matched the existing deck. In addition to the new deck, they wanted to update the surrounding landscape without the need for excessive upkeep. These happy homeowners now have a large lower deck to house their new hot tub, dining area, and grill; a perfect set up for entertaining family and friends. For the rest of the yard, we created a cozy open-air retreat using a combination of large boulders, natural stones, gravel, and mulch dabbled with greenery. At the center of this new landscape is a smokeless fire pit.
