West 64th Terrace - Prairie Village Whole House Remodel

This house in Prairie Village is the perfect example of taking an existing layout and simply giving it a new skin! In the kitchen, all of the cabinetry and appliance locations stayed the same. We replaced the old cabinetry in a dark stain with new ones in white and a pair of upper cabinets with frosted glass doors. The island doubled in size and now features a soft gray accent color and six electrical outlets. We replaced the tan tile backsplash with one in a variegated white marble. The new kitchen has a much brighter appearance with a touch of industrial flair. Throughout the living areas, floor-to-ceiling flat panel wainscotting was added and everything received a fresh white paint to match the new kitchen.
