West 82nd Street - Leawood Whole House

At some point this Old Leawood ranch was remodeled and had a second story addition. The homeowners worked with Megan Bringman to better utilize the space, make it cohesive, and give it a refresh. How it turned out is something to behold. A beautiful white kitchen with a custom stained island. The dining room is an extension of the kitchen with a built-in bar. Tucked behind cabinet doors are a sink and fridge drawers. Our team updated the stairs and gave the bathrooms a refresh. Light stained, red oak floors across the home tie the space together.
