West Concord Bathrooms

Project by Donna Kirsopp

The former primary bathroom was tight and while it was neutral it didn’t quite fit the homeowner’s taste. Donna designed a primary bathroom with his and hers vanities. The black vanities are adorned with round leather strap mirrors, something a little unexpected. A large beautiful shower replaced the previous cramped one. Classic subway tile, a chevron marble floor, and custom glass doors make showering a luxury rather than a chore.

Powder bathrooms are a great room to add a little extra design punch and this powder bathroom takes it to the next level. The existing stained-glass window was the starting point. The fun bird wallpaper perfectly tied in the window colors. A live edge slab is used as the vanity top with a marble backsplash. The gold birdcage light fixture and mirror pull out the warm tones of the wallpaper. The bathroom is the perfect play on colors and materials with a touch of whimsy.
