The Goal: To create a kitchen space in which the family can enjoy a range of activities together.
The Challenge: The original galley kitchen in this 1930’s Cape Cod home was dated and not functional for a young family. The kitchen sat in the far back corner of the home and was walled off from the dining and living rooms.
The Result: In the design of the new addition the spaces were combined to create one large room. The new kitchen features a multi-level island that functions as seating, serving, and working space. The cabinetry has the latest in storage innovations and a walk in pantry provides great convenience.
