Cedar Drive - Prairie Village Bathroom Remodels

Project by Kelly Summers &
Lindsay Brungardt

In this Prairie Village project, we tackled two distinct bathroom remodels, each with its own unique character and style. The first, a guest bathroom, had a  70s aesthetic with oak finishes that needed a bit of modernization. We achieved this with sterling white tile work in the shower, a natural walnut vanity, and a variegated teal backsplash, seamlessly integrating the tub and shower and repurposing the old shower into a linen closet. Modern touches like new vanity and lighting fixtures completed the retro-inspired design, creating a blend of nostalgia and contemporary functionality.

Meanwhile, the second bathroom remodel focused on a more modern approach. Featuring hexagonal shower tiles, a striking pendant light, and elegant brass fixtures, this space exuded a sophisticated and trendy ambiance. The geometric patterns of the tiles added depth and visual interest, while the pendant light and brass fixtures provided a touch of luxury and warmth. Together, these two bathroom remodels showcase our versatility in combining retro charm with modern flair, tailored to meet our clients' unique tastes and preferences.
