Fontana Street - Leawood Main Floor Remodel

This Leawood main floor remodel was designed to be a place you'd love to hang out. When Nina first met with our clients, they described wanting a warm, simple, cozy, and inviting feel throughout their main floor. Nina Schmidt worked with our amazing clients in two phases the first was their kitchen and the second the rest of their main floor. Their goal was to achieve a European farmhouse vibe.

This remodel spanned the family room, living room, dining room, powder room, and library. While the room layouts stayed the same, we focused on thoughtful updates to flooring, ceilings, lighting, and staircases. Soft whites and stained wood created a consistent, cohesive aesthetic throughout the main floor. By the end, every surface had been refreshed, from the fireplaces to the two staircases. Our clients are thrilled with their transformed space and love the cozy, inviting design.
