Southwest 17th Street - Blue Springs Home Remodel

Our clients loved their cozy two-bedroom Blue Springs farmhouse but found it no longer suited their needs. He works from home and needed a dedicated office space which left no space for guests, and their home lacked a second bathroom and first-floor laundry.

Donna Kirsopp and Kenny Choikhit worked with them to find a solution that reimagined their existing space. On the first floor, we added a mudroom/laundry area with cabinetry and a dog nook, revamped the bathroom with a soaking tub, and maximized storage. Upstairs, we transformed the rustic loft into a functional guest/office space by utilizing hidden attic space and upgraded the half bath into a full bath with a shower. The result: a charming and functional home that truly works for them.
