We’re excited to announce GuildQuality has honored Schloegel Design Remodel with a 2017 GuildprimaryAward! GuildQuality measures customer response for building professionals. The GuildprimaryAwards recognize exemplary customer among quality-minded builders, remodelers, developers and contractors. This is our second consecutive year receiving this award and we’re so proud to be recognized for the service we provide!
Jake Schloegel, Schloegel Design Remodel president, and founder attributed the award to the entire team working hard to make every client happy. The SDR mission statement is, after all, to “provide the ultimate client experience.”
The GuildprimaryAward celebrates excellence among home builders, remodelers, developers, property managers, home services contractors, and real estate professionals each year. According to GuildQuality, the average customer recommendation rate for businesses is approximately 70 percent. A member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90 percent or greater to receive a GuildprimaryAward. Schloegel Design Remodel’s recommendation rate is currently 100 percent.
