Brookside kitchen remodel

Megan led a remarkable kitchen transformation, creating openness and brightness. Removing a central pillar, she integrated new windows and a white tile backsplash for enhanced light. A chic wet bar and island peninsula, functioning as a spacious dining area, elevated both functionality and elegance in the space.

Kitchen remodel in KC

Nestled in Mission Hills, this charming kitchen underwent a comprehensive redesign, addressing layered paint on cabinetry, underutilized space, and appliance separation. The new layout centralizes tools for accessibility, while arched doorways elevate transitions to the renovated stairwell and wet bar. The powder bath showcases bold floral wallpaper, a matching pedestal sink, and exquisite tile flooring.

In a Brookside home, Lindsay expanded the galley-style kitchen by removing a wall, resulting in an open, airy space. White cabinets and quartz surfaces enhance the bright atmosphere. The primary and hall bathrooms were also transformed, creating a dream shower with Zellige tiles in the primary bath, alongside a new walk-in closet.

These clients adored the historical features of their 1926 home.  The final design includes a new island, pantry, cooking range, sink, and plenty storage. Capturing some of the square footage in the large bedroom allowed us to add a full bathroom creating our client's dream primary suite. The result beautifully blends modern elements with the home's nostalgia.

Contemporary hall bathroom remodel

Our clients had two hallway bathrooms in their Kansas City home that were in need of updating. They wanted to include more storage within they limited square footage and create a relaxing, spa-like experience. Both bathroom remodels received a similar treatment with a palette of white, natural maple, and shades of blue and a maximization of storage by implementing several cabinet strategies.

The space is modernized yet welcoming, featuring a multifunctional island and dark green accents that delineate zones and contrast with new quartz and white cabinetry. In the powder bathroom, bold pattern wallpaper and black tiles contribute to a monochromatic makeover with classic appeal.

Megan's design introduced this enclosed porch to enhance a charming craftsman bungalow in Brookside. Functioning year-round, the white addition seamlessly integrates with the home's trim, offering a harmonious and inviting space.

In this Brookside Charmer kitchen remodel, greige and dark gray cabinets lend a contemporary touch. Crestwood Cabinet's Cranbrook door style features shaker-style lines for a clean look. The mosaic tile backsplash reaches the ceiling, with a floating shelf adorned above the sink, hosting custom lights by Donna. Upper trim matches dark cabinets, while the lower trim aligns with lighter ones.

Seeking space without leaving their beloved home, the family turned to Megan. Her brilliant two-story addition answers their needs with a blend of entertainment and family gathering spaces. Upstairs and downstairs family rooms, a game room, mudroom, powder bathroom, full bathroom, and a fantastic outdoor patio form the new layout. Seamlessly integrated, the addition perfectly complements the home and delights the homeowners.

After dealing with plumbing problems way too long our clients called us to remodel their primary bathroom. Nina helped design a primary bathroom that took out the existing tub and one of the bathroom entrances, creating a true primary suite. Despite the home's charm, the kitchen lacked character, sporting a dated golden oak design. Kelly skillfully enhanced the layout, introducing a peninsula to define the breakfast room and kitchen. White and blue cabinetry now harmonizes with the updated paint palette throughout the main floor, restoring elegance to this Brookside gem.
