Annual Assessment:
Every year, our trusted team will inspect your home to catch small problems before they become larger issues. We will keep a detailed checklist and document any concerns with photos to help you track changes over time and address issues promptly.
Priority Scheduling:
When home emergencies do occur, you can count on receiving emergency services to swiftly manage the situation and minimize any potential damage. Moreover, you'll benefit from expedited access (within 72 hours) to our standard appointments. With more certified professionals on staff than any other remodeling company in the country, you can feel assured your issues will be handled quickly and done correctly the first time.
Discounts and Perks:*
- 10% off our hourly billing rate (max of 8 continuous hours).
- 5% discount on trade partner billing.
- 5% off Handyman project contract price (max $500 annually).
- 1-hour minimum (our standard 2-hour minimum is waived).
Maintenance Tracking:
We maintain a comprehensive log of your home's maintenance history, including minor details such as the types of lightbulbs used and any areas of concern regarding wood rot or other issues. It will function as your home's medical chart to ensure no problem is overlooked.
