Peter Schloegel is your starting point, whether you’re planning a full remodel or just need a few things checked off the list. After an initial conversation, you’ll set a time to walk through your home. From there, we guide you through our proven Design Build or Handyman process, keeping everything clear, organized, and moving forward. And here’s what our lake clients appreciate most, you don’t need to be there to stay involved. Our team keeps you connected with daily updates through Buildertrend, so you always know what’s happening and what’s next.
Design Remodel Process
- 1Design & Planning
After an intial consultation you'll sign into design. In Design, you'll be able to see multiple plan options and make and finalize selections. We'll present you with a fully defined contract with timing to provide project clarity. - 2Construction
Once you've signed your contract. We'll pull permits and you'll meet your remodeling team. Once the hammers swing you'll be able to monitor your remodel progress via weekly meetings and a digital dashboard. - 3Post Construction
After your project is completed to the highest standard, we provide a 2-year warranty to address any minor issues and natural shifts that may occur post construction.
- 1Contact us via phone, 573-375-4014, or online, we'll learn a bit more about your project, and schedule then schedule a consultation. We do charge a consultation fee but that amount will be applied toward your project.
- 2During the consultation we’ll gather more details about your project, take measurements, and grab photos.
- 3Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your project. After you sign the contract we’ll schedule your project with one of our Handyman Technicians.

We do charge a $100 consultation fee but don’t worry when you hire our handyman services team, that amount will be applied towards your project.
